We stayed in the standard double room and the bed was massive, easily a king sized bed. The room was spacious and clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is only about a 15 minute walk away from the city centre. It's not a huge hotel but that's actually a positive in my opinion, gives it a more personable experience.

Auchendennan FarmSelf Catering Cottages offers a beautiful setting in Arden, a short walk from the shores of Loch Lomond and only 2 miles from Balloch. These charming cottages are purpose-built and have free Wi-Fi. The view into the garden and the small terrace were really nice. Very comfortable and spacious. Located in a quiet environment and a "base camp" for exploring Loch Lomond and the surrounding region. Well suited for longer stays. Very friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out.

Within a tree-lined Victorian terrace, this 5-star boutique hotel is located in the fashionable West End, only 30 minutes' drive from Loch Lomond. Its oak-panelled bistro serves fresh, Scottish cuisine and over 300 wines. what a magnificent hotel. every room is different. all have so much character. this old building feels a bit like hogwarts. I am sure some of the stairs moved, and some of the pictures talked. we spend hours roaming around the hotel looking for hidden gems like the reading room and even the gym (not really a gem but it was fun looking for it). breakfast is a bit pricey for what you get but the room and the buffet are beautiful. staff is amazing, funny, smart, nice and professional. I would definitely come back. hopefully soon.

The facilities at the campsite are the best we’ve ever stayed at. The natural surroundings were wonderful & the safari tent itself was so comfortable & well equipped.
