The Houses of History is located on the shore of Belső-tó in Tihany, on a half hectare area, a 5-minutes walking distance from the city centre. The 200-years-old historic listed building gives the ambience of the 19th century. Some of the rooms have views of the Belső-tó. Pool, breakfast, and room were amazing. Very responsive and helpful staff, even when we arrived late at night, clear guidelines and information provided.

Great value for money, would definitely recommend and come again. The location is up on a hill, it's very peaceful, easy to find, it's has private parking.
