Ask him anything and he'll have a great response. Small warning. We were in the junior suite on the 4th floor. The lift only goes to the 3rd floor. Not suitable if you cannot climb stairs. We were OK with it.

The entire staff was outstanding – extremely friendly, genuinely helpful, and highly professional, always going above and beyond to make the stay special. Service felt personal and warm without ever being intrusive. A great bonus is the secure garage for parking, which is wonderfully convenient and only €20 per day – a real plus when staying in the city center.
