Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help us. I also loved the garden area. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Palermo.

We forgot 1 of our luggage at the room and discovered too late when we already were on the way to our home country in EU. The staff were really nice (Olga and Silvia) helping us with packing it and shipping it to our home! It was our fault but they helped us anyway.

Featuring a shared lounge, Autentica Ortigia is a apartment located in a historic building in the centre of Siracusa, close to Syracuse Small Beach. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment features family rooms. Best location and such an amazing flat! I wish we had stayed longer because everything was perfect, super comfortable bed, great shower, and a very spacious apartment. Parking was easy, just 15€ for 24 hours right near the flat. The area is full of great restaurants, and Ortigia itself is such a stunning old town. This apartment is truly the perfect place to stay if you want to experience Ortigia.
