Facilities all worked really well (a/c, hot water, fridge, etc), rooms are large and mattresses were really comfortable. The host family and staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the on site restaurant was excellent. We had fantastic time there. Fernando, the owner couldn't have done more to help us with everything from recommendations of things to do / places to go, to helping with phone calls in Spanish. He's created a uniquely happy, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. A wonderful place to stay

Mr. Gerardo was able to meet us at 5 am to check us in as we were driving and took longer than expected to get there. He made sure we were comfortable and let us rest after we got there. He was so nice to my son who even cried once it was time to leave as he got super attached to him. We stayed there 3 nights and Mr. Gerardo made sure we had an amazing time there. We plan on coming back soon with the rest of my family, I know we will have an amazing experience once again.

They were very flexible with their check in and check out times, accommodated our schedules. Our king suite was huge. The pool at the hotel was great for cooling down in the 30+ degrees heat. The proximity to a couple of restaurants and an OXXO store made the stay convenient. La Ropa beach was just a few minutes easy walk away.

The villa also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Traveling from Vail, Colorado to meet my family at this incredible spot was an absolute delight! We had a blast enjoying the pool and the lovely inside of the house. Plus, the 24-hour security at the entrance gate gave me great peace of mind. The location is fantastic – super close to the Acapulco airport, as well as amazing dining and shopping options for some fun adventures outside. The beautifully manicured landscape was a feast for the eyes! And let’s not forget our wonderful host, Mr. Angel, who is always dedicated to enhancing the property. I can’t wait to return in the fall to the breathtaking “Hummingbird Acapulco”! It's going to be amazing!
