Housed in a building dating from 19th century, this bed and breakfast is 18 km from Martini Tower and 3.4 km from Noord Nederlandse Golf. When staying at the bed and breakfast, guests can use private entrance. Comfortable and new inside, and lovely and charm outside. People are amazing. Missing the breakfast already, delicious! Good restaurants nearby. The village and landscapes are stunning!

Situated within 22 km of Simplon Music Venue and 22 km of Martini Tower in Slochteren, Smaakvol Slochteren features accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Zuidbroek Station is 10 km away and Kropswolde Station is 10 km from the bed and breakfast. A great place to stay that is off the beaten path, yet has easy access to the main roadways. The check in was easy as the host met us when we arrived and gave us a tour. The parking was plentiful and parking in front, we could see the car from the room. The security was good as the town was fairly small and there was not a lot of traffic on the road out front. You enter in a hallway with rooms on the left and the breakfast room on the right. The breakfast room is nice with big picnic-style tables and a refrigerator that is also for the using. The host has also included some niceties, like soda and wine that you may purchase in the breakfast room. If you wanted to get some takeaway and bring it back, this would be a nice, quiet and roomy place for a meal. The bed was nice and comfortable and it has a TV, but we didn’t use it. The room also had a love seat and a table. The shades close easily and the windows open if you need some more air in the room. The bedding was O.K. and there were side tables with plugs on both sides. The bathroom was nice, clean and spacious and the shower was great. The host even included some nice shampoo and soap. The surroundings are nice as the property is very well kept and the outdoor space is very comfortable. I would recommend a stay here, especially if you want a great, out-of-the-way place for a good night’s sleep.

Ark van Thesinge is situated in Thesinge and has a heated pool and garden views. This bed and breakfast features free private parking and free shuttle service. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Really, everything! The hosts were so incredibly thoughtful and kind. The breakfast was truly amazing and our accommodations were beautiful and so very comfortable. The location itself was perfect: we were able to experience a peaceful and charming village with a historical windmill while also only being 20 minutes away from a larger city.

Located 12 km from Westerwolde Golf, B&B Bosstee offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. The bed and breakfast provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. It was amazing! Best family weekend here. Pretty and quiet location. Breakfast was very yummy, everything what you need and if you have some special need for your breakfast it’s not problem at all. In kitchen is everything, even aluminium foil or paper towels or plastic cups/plates for children. And the bed? Featuring a garden and views of garden, Hotel Watertoren West is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Groningen, 1.4 km from Simplon Music Venue. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel features family rooms. Beautiful apartment in excellent location close to the supermarket, bus station and very nice park. Friendly staff, there was a tea time on selected date with the view at the 8th floor with the marvelous views of the city. They sell cakes, and it was the best cake we ever had in Groningen! I give them 10 points for having a fully functional kitchen for my family, which really made a big difference having to attend my son's graduation together with my whole family from another country. We would love to come back and recommend this place.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, De Parel van Pekel is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Nieuwe Pekela, 40 km from Simplon Music Venue. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. The B&B is located in a 19th century house that has been completely run down over the last 30 years. The current owners are now renovating it in style, one room at a time, with a lot of dedication, with a lot of heart and soul. Each bedroom has its own living room, where the fantastic breakfast is served (quality and presentation). The rooms are decorated with a lot of detail, you almost feel like you are in a museum. We wish Tienke and Bart, who gave us a guided tour of the house, much perseverance and energy for the renovation of the rest of the old building. Parking behind the house, and a nice sitting area by the water, which we didn't use.

Pait's Laand Bed & Breakfast is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Overschild, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available.

For guests with children, Pait's Laand Bed & Breakfast features a baby safety gate. The bed and breakfast has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. A very nice host. The room was very nice. In addition, you could use a living room including a small kitchen. Tea and coffee were always available.
