We especially liked the comfy beds, large TV and the bathtub with a great view. The staff was very friendly and the location was good (right next to MRT). Would definitely recommend!

Set in the hippest east area of Taipei, Star Hostel Taipei East has transformed from an old residential house to modern Eco-friendly accommodation hosting travellers worldwide. Free WiFi is featured in all areas. The property was super clean, tidy and clear on where everything is. I felt comfortable right away which is not always the case when I travel. They helped me with a late check in and directions were well communicated. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location is near a lot of bigger store shopping.
