Our time spent was 4 nights of complete comfort. The lobby had such a warm and cozy feeling, like home. The front desk staff were all kind and engaging... actually, very nice and funny, they could not have been more accommodating. The room was large and very well appointed. The wet bar was a Bonus, and gave lots of extra space for our needs. The bathroom was also large, we were never cramped when trying to use the sink and counter at the same time. We will definitely be back.

Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant or relax in the bar. The hotel and my room were odorless, which was very nice. The room was very spacious. The staff made us very welcomed and were attentive.

The Gatlinburg inn was wonderful and perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. This is the best hotel we have stayed at. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Clean roadside motel with all you need for one night. Checking in and out was smooth and the personnel were friendly. Good location considering Cherokee and the Smoky Mountains.

It opened recently, so everything looks very modern. I loved the design of the lobby and the room. The lobby had a pool table, coffee, and tea. We even managed to do our laundry in the laundry room located on the first floor. Highly recommend it to everyone!
