Picked us up from the airport, was very welcoming and thoughtful, taking us to a shop for supplies before dropping us at the house at 9pm.

Fresh fruits and hot beverages. The staff were welcoming and warm. They have a swimming pool but didn't get to utilize it. I also love Lynn's Supermarket by the road. Convenience at its best. Fa'afetai lava.

Seems that was on charge of the Hotel, Upon arrival until I left so communicative and easy to talk always trying to help . and the Hotel is close to town and market everything… great price. A variety of family and children's movies are available to choose from at the property. Excellent, cannot ask for more. Bathroom was lovely, hot showers were very welcome. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. The flush on the toilet was slightly damaged but no inconvenience. Jade went out of her way to help us when our car hire company did not have anything available despite our reservation, and found us a car so we were able to see the island. A saving grace for us!
