This was the perfect place for a romantic trip to Montepulciano. The room was beautiful with a nice view of olive trees out the window. We real enjoyed the jacuzzi. Gloria was very welcoming and accommodating; the breakfast was great as well.

This is a really lovely property near Montepulciano. I stayed in a room at the back, behind reception and it was so peaceful. The breakfast was great and the owner was personable.

After a miscommunication (on my part) we arrived at Terra Antica only to be told by another nice Guest, that check-in was a 6 min. drive away: at Terra Antica Resort. Once that was settled, the lovely host Briselda accompanied us back to the property, gave us a thorough introduction And wow, the location, with Montepulciano hilltop in the distance, the Grounds, the Fantastic Pool, and large, High-ceiling Rooms of the Unit: impressive. Great, fully stocked kitchen too, and our Ground floor unit had a large covered Veranda facing the countryside and the Town. amazing Vistas.

This place is amazing. Me and my partner stayed at I Roseti from April 20 to 22. As soon as we arrived we loved the place. The owners are super nice and dedicated. There was a bottle of wine as a gift upon our arrival and a basket of cookies and jam. The wine, as well as the olive oil, are made directly by the owners, and it's very good. 9n the property, the owners have a beautiful garden full of olive trees, fruit trees, chickens in a coop, some cats, and two dogs. When we were there, since it was spring and it had rained so much before, the garden was full of daisies. It was really nice and you could smell the flowers while sitting outside or walking in the garden. The accommodation is perfect, you have all you need. Nice bedroom with a comfy bed, spacious bathroom, and a lovely living room with a kitchen with a fridge. We did not need the AC but the heater since it was still a bit fresh at night. The heater worked very well. Wee took advantage that there was a kitchen with all the appliances one needs, and made ourselves dinner one night and had the bottle of red that they gifted us. One last thing worth mentioning is that this place is super clean. I work in hospitality, my family works in hospitality, and I travel quite a lot and have to visit many hotels. This place is prestine when it comes to cleanliness. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to all my friends and family who plan to visit Montepulciano.

This wonderful place exceeded all our expectations. The location is excellent, with views of Montepulciano and breathtaking views over Tuscany. Lovely atmosphere and creatively decorated rooms, a beautiful natural pool We received a warm welcome, were looked after well and our children were made to feel at home. And we received great tips were to go in the neighbourhood. The dinner was delicious.

Perfect place, we were satisfied with absolutely everything. We had an apartment on the first floor with two bedrooms, the kitchen was sufficiently equipped, the apartment was spacious and perfectly clean, it had a bathroom with a toilet and, in addition, a separate toilet with a sink. On the ground floor, the owners run a beautiful restaurant, around the house there is a garden where you can sit a make barbecue. There is also a swimming pool with a beautiful view, but we did not use it in November. The owners are very nice and helpful, willing to help with everything. And that our stay here was truly adventurous, including visits to the emergency room and slammed doors. Thank you again and we can only recommend this agriturismo.

    The farmhouse was big. Host was very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast provided was the usual Italian breakfast. Simple but nice. Our room was comfortable and spacious especially the bathroom. Location is quite centralized. 5-7 mins drive to Montepulciano old town. About 30 mins drive to Terme San Filippo. Easy to find food restaurant nearby. Parking was easy. To us, we felt it was value for money. Don't expect anything fancy, swimming pool etc.

    Well positioned on a Sunny hillside in the middle of an olive farm surrounded by vineyards and beautiful Tuscan country views, this 19th century farmhouse is restored and comfortable and managed by a beautiful couple who were helpful, knowledgeable, conversational in several languages and amazing cooks. A 5 minute drive to Montepulciano. A bonus was access to the new electric car charger on site. Best stay we have had. Would come again.

    The rural location very near Montepulciano, beautiful scenery, quiet, very nice country Tuscany feeling. Rooms and living spaces were very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated for a great agritourism experience. Many activities nearby; wineries, olives, beautiful small medieval towns, narrow winding roads-open clean air no traffic noise or ham. Loved the experience. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, available when needed and almost feel like visiting friends. The facilities are conveniently private.

    Staying at a farmhouse was a dream come true. Frateria Di San Benedetto did not disappoint. The facilities were cozy, comfortable and super spacious. The views from the property are amazing. The weather outside was a bit chilly when we stayed so we did not get into the pool, but it was well maintained and inviting. The landscape was breathtaking. We would love to go back. Highly recommended!
