This is amazing place: room was great, we had an extra bed for our 11yearold, but even with an extra bed we had plenty of space. Breakfast was very good and authentic. Analisa was super friendly and very caring. Stefano and his daughter are amazing hosts. The pool was very good. But the best thing that you hardly can see anywhere else are the animals: a lot of exotic animals living very comfortably at the farm. Not only fun for children, but my husband and I loved them too!

The location is wonderful! You can see the town of Gubbio across the valley right in fornt of you and it's picture-perfect! The apartments were spacious, spotlessclean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of homemade pies and many other things. The staff was very helpful and gave us some tips of where to go for lunch and dinner. Nicoletta was welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool was large and clean and we spent a lovely afternoon there. I'm going back!

Liked the peace and quiet of the location. We were some way away from the main buildings and surrounded by fields and hills. Nice breakfast and lovely host ( & her Dad!). With the site being a few miles away from Gubbio, it was really useful that the site had its own restaurant with nice local produce, but also of course that the accommodation had its own kitchen. Would like to personally thank our host for her invaluable help when my wife was rushed to hospital for an overnight stay.
