The owner Francesca is a warm and loving host. She made delicious dinners for us on request. It is a new property with vineyards and olive trees around and conveniently located from major attractions, 10 mintes to San Gimignano, about an hour from Siena, and Pienza The rooms are neat and clean with a good view . Really felt at home.

The property is set in the picturesque Tuscan countryside two minutes away from San Gimignano Centro by car. Our room was quite cozy and spotless with a terrace. It also has a very good restaurant. The breakfast with abundant with typical Tuscan products and fresh orange juice. The staff are all very courteous and attentive.

Daniela and her sister went out of their way to make our stay memorable.They were very informative about the history and excurtions. Although the restaurant was closed the prepared a light dinner for us and also proposed to take us to a near y restaurant. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.Scrumptious breakfast.

When you arrive you enter through a massive gate with a truly amazing view- this makes you realise that you made a right choice to stay here. The host welcomed us with a bottle of Chianti Classico from their vineyard. Apartment is very clean and Tuscan - exactly what we wanted. You can look through the window and stare at a perfect view of the Tuscan valley and hills. You can do it while taking shower too, and trust me you will. Pool is massive and view from the sun beds spectacular. Even though there are two other apartments next to you, the pool was almost always for private use as people are travelling. There is a gorgeous small town (one of the most beautiful I have seen in Tuscany) with a few restaurants 200m from the apartment. Two of them are totally amazing (we visited one of them at least 3 times during our 6 nights stay) Truly lovely stay for us :) Dog's friendly.

Beautiful farmhouse with such elegant touches. Chandeliers, candles, wine. Loved La Pieve, the olive groves, birds and the sweet cats on the property. The lap pool is so much bigger in person. The bed and pillows are very comfortable 😌 Daniela the host is such a beautiful person, whom goes out of her way for her guests, because of her kind heart. So peaceful here, felt very rejuvenated. Thankyou, my favourite stay in Italy 💛

Everything was perfect! It was my first time staying at agriturismo, and literally, it was perfect!!! The staff were super kind and nice. Also, I enjoyed the view of San Gimignano and homemade dinner. I will definitely come back here with my family, too. More! There were four cats, and they were very friendly and adorable :)

    The pool and the grounds were exceptional. Traditional Tuscan charm. A/C was good. WiFi was reasonable. Breakfast was good. Rooms were Tuscan authentic rustic. The ‘rocky’ road wasn’t an issue….just a bit gravelly.
