Everything was perfect!!! The room is spacious, very clean, the location close to the motorway, breakfast was 100% homemade and they served it in a wonderful garden. The staff was extremely kind, always smiling and helpful. I highly recommend the place. We will definetely return there.

A beautiful place to stay and explore the surrounding countryside. My Dad's younger brother brother was killed in action in Coriano during WWII, I fulfilled a 37yr old promise to myself to honour his grave. La Sivana B&B was a great place to stay during this time.

If I was able to vote 11, I would have done that! It was one of the best accommodations we ever had, we loved the landscape and the tranquility of the area. They only had two rooms and this really makes you feel as the special guest. We loved our room, it was clean and it had a balcony with great view. Pool was just next to the room. If you're looking for a place where you can relax all the day, this can be the perfect spot. We would like to thank Manuela for her kindness and hospitality

Lovely quiet place to stay. We had a wonderful time. My daughter did horse riding experience next door at Ippogrifo, (great for young kids she is 5 years old). We ate breakfast outside and it was very peaceful. Just a short drive to the beach and the old town. I fell and hurt my hand while I was there and Michaela was very kind and went out of her way to help me.
