Susanna, son Niccolo and all the family and staff are wonderful hosts. I can't wait to come back again it is superb. The views are unbelievable I tried to paint some views but nothing compares to being here. Beautiful breakfast served every morning. The hosts were warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They also gave us excellent recommendations for new places to check out in the area. Situated outside of Spoleto, this is a reception place as well as hotel. It has a wonderful restaurant with first class food, amazing pool and farm animals if you have children.The room was modern as was the whole property. The shower recess was a little small for my husband but adequate for me. The whole property is very clean with lovely gardens and very large car park. The staff are friendly and helpful.
