This is a beautiful property on a working olive oil farm. It is 5 minutes from Todi (a lovely, medieval hilltop town), but is so peaceful. The views are wonderful. The rooms are brand new and very comfortable. The owners are an absolute delight - they could not be kinder and nothing is too much trouble. There is an on-site restaurant but it is closed on Tuesdays (our oversight) - nevertheless they made us welcome and provided us with a cold-cut platter and fresh bread and excellent wine. The next night we were lucky enough to eat at the restaurant. Mary (the mother of the family) is the chef - she is formally trained but it is her passion and love for cooking that shines through. One of the very best meals we have had in Italy. I could go on - the whole visit was such a lovely experience and I only wish it had been longer.

It's a gorgeous place. It has an outdoor pool and a wood-covered area to have dinner or a barbecue. The breakfast was nice, and the owner allowed us to take some tomatoes or other vegetables for his garden. They were delicious. It's an ideal place to relax.

Glad we stayed here. Super friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The pool was fantastic to cool down in. Our apartment was very roomy. The views were amazing with olive groves and vegetables. Settled between 2 little quaint Italian villages. Wanted to spend more nights here. Thank you for the delicious home brew and appertiffs. Delicious.

    This was an incredible location which provided us the real rural Italian dream we had imagined with the stunning surroundings. The settings and staff were phenomenal and we couldn’t have asked for any more! Every time we drove down the drive we were blown away with how lucky we were! The breakfast was a lovely addition with the cappuccino and such tasty homemade treats! A real gem of a hotel!

    1) our room was spacious with all modern amenities; 2) the setting of the hotel is ideal - a castle in the middle of the countryside 3) the staff was very friendly and professional 4) breakfast offerings were generous 5) the hotel is located less than 15 minutes from Todi and the drive to Todi is through beautiful farmland;

    Farm house newly renovated with all comforts. Good shower. Good coffee machine. Quiet place. The owner's restaurant in town is excellent as well. There's free parking right beside the restaurant and you can walk to the centre from there. Beware the walk is steep with many steps. But you can also take the shuttle bus.
