We had the most amazing time staying here! The kindness and hospitality we received was exceptional, it felt like we were welcomed into the home! The home cooked meals were such a highlight, the gnocchi was our favourite thing we ate our whole trip! The rooms were lovely in a big stately house up in the hills with far reaching views. The staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The grounds are immense but we were only there for one night so didn't get the chance to explore. There is a pool area but again that only opens in May (I believe) and we were there in April. My daughter and I would definitely stay there again.

This property has an amazing view! You have to drive up a fairly steep gravel road to get to it, but it is totally worth it! We were in the studio with Terrace room. There is a large outside balcony that is perfect for your charcuterie and vino/aperitif. But make sure you bring it all with you as it is impossible to just run to the store for a quick stop to grab things. My husband and I thought that this room also had the most comfy bed out of all the ones we stayed in over our week vacation to Cinque Terre, Emilia-Romagna, and Umbria. It was firm and perfect. The hostess put out a large continental breakfast for us and we were filled up. Definitely recommend this place!

Lovely place for family holiday. Beauty views, near Gubbio. Cats, dogs and turtles :) Swimming pool is clean and big for our family and friends. Owners are friendly and nice. Fonte Chiara is excellent choice for your italian time.

This is an amazing villa situated in an isolated part of the area, yet within 5 mins distance to all you can need. The apartment was equipped with everything you may need during your stay. It was cool without AC (it was 37 degrees outside!). The gym is well equipped with high quality training equipment, the pool was super clean. The owners are lovely and helped us with their recommendations for a vineyard nearby and were attentive to our urgent requests (a needle and a thread) in few minutes! There’s a lounge area with beverages the guests can help themselves anytime of the day. The check in was super smooth thanks to Ivano’s videos with instructions. We’re definitely coming back!
