We decided to stay one night here to break our long journey from Slovenia...and wow what a discovery !! The all area of the Colli Euganei is a destination itself, with beautiful hills with vineyards, cobble stone charming villages and historical villas. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and we had a nice view over the vineyards. The dinner was top ! We ll definetely be back for a proper holiday there !

But it is not noisy at all as there is just a very few traffic and mailnly bikes. Our room was very clean, comfortable, furnished practically, in country style. Colle de Barbarossa is run by a family: mother, father, two daughters. They are very nice people, helping you all kinds of information you need. Casa Marina in Galzignano Terme is a good starting point for many of the trails and you may get there hiking trails maps free of charge. You may visit the neighbouring villages, too. Or the beautiful and inspiring Padova, just half an hour riding from Teolo. Or a bit further ( two hours riding) the Garda Lake or Udine, Cividale del Friuli. Full of beauty, Italian atmosphere, history and art.
