Jose was a delightful host and the breakfasts were excellent. Our room was spacious and the traditional stone building was nice and cool and the pool was great for cooling off. The bed was very comfortable. There were some nice restaurants about half an hour's walk away and nearby Marvao is well worth a visit. We spent 4 nights here and enjoyed it very much. It is great if you are looking for peace and quiet.
