I'm a vegetarian and despite all the diet restrictions, all the staff, from the manager Enea to Chef Siri?, Ahmed, Ervin, rest of the service staff and the reception team really made my stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. I really appreciate it.

The hotel was excellent with the staff extremely helpful especial praise to the guys parking the car - their service and great helpful manner was outstanding. The breakfast's were the best I have come across and on the day we were leaving early on a trip we had an amazing picinc breakfast made up for us.

We loved everything about this resort!!! It’s a very convenient location so walking, getting buses and taxis weren’t an issue. There are plenty of nice restaurants and fast food places that opened til very late nearby. The pool and food were amazing. The staff are some of the most welcoming and friendliest people we have ever met. They are very understanding and accommodating and really know how to provide for their customers. We are definitely booking this place again if we come back to Sarandë!!!

In the morning, stepping onto the balcony to watch the sea was a moment I’ll never forget. The staff made the experience even more special—professional yet genuinely warm, giving the hotel the elegance of a world-class stay but at a price that felt incredibly fair. I’ve rarely felt so at home away from home. If you’re in Saranda, you definitely have to stay here!
