The hotel is perfect!! From the minute we arrived the staff made us feel at home with the most personal and cozy experience. For example, they made us a specific list of things to do in the area and offered us a special movie night in the hotel guest room. It was over the top and our best host experience yet. They really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The food is great and diverse, one of the best we tasted in Austria. In addition, the hotel is beautifully designed and decorated with a high level of attention to details. Highly recommended.
