Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Our host was so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating before and during our stay! At check in she gave us a detailed tour of the apartment and overview of the area with lots of wonderful recommendations for hiking, food, etc! Facilities were very clean and spacious with modern amenities. Beds were super comfortable as well! Location was very convenient and within walking distance of both train stations.

This apartment was everything we needed for a 4 night stay in Interlaken. The hosts were super informative and nothing was too much bother. Bus stop was on the door step but nowhere in town was too far to walk.
