Beautiful rooms in quaint boutique hotel. Very central location. Friendly helpful happy staff. breakfast was delicious and great service although this should have been included in our room rate. i am surprised for what we paid per night that they didn’t include breakfast for us. this was the only disappointment with the hotel.

Classic old charm right opposite main train station that is super convenient to get around with public transportation. Walkable to Zurich old town. Excellent service especially breakfast that has many delicious choices. The lobby, cafe, restaurant, hallway have artful classic feel. My room faced inner area but it felt comfortable, airy, bathroom was nice size with nice touched to put a small vase of fresh rose. there. They provided fresh fruits everyday and in the evening they have a gentleman dressed in classic uniform rolled a cart to knock on your door if you want to have free chocolate, newspaper, it was so impressive of how many types of chocolate for me to choose. I love this kind of detail of service that will make me want to come back again. Overall I felt special to be their guest here.
