The location was perfect to town and restaurants. The hotel was surprisingly very modern inside. The only issue we had was lack of lighting/ light in our large room. It needed more lamps or overhead lights. I like a sunny room.

Breakfast was great, good fresh fruit, pastries , good coffee. Scrambled eggs were too soft/ runny, but apparently that is how South Americans prefer it since other hotels had the same. Reception always helpful and pleasant

We loved this modern, stylish hotel and really happy we chose to stay here. Our room was spacious and was far better than the pictures of it. The bathroom was also big and modern and clean. Really good breakfast and very attentive staff in the hotel. Great location too.

Very nice hotel in a residential but central area of Santiago, a few steps from a metro station. Contemporary design. Very nice roof top (pool & gym and bar/restaurant). Covered parking also if you dare driving in Santiago. Very nice front desk staff, efficient, and speaking very well english, among other languages. Very good breakfast, offered on large time slot (6:30-10:30) to fit with everyone schedule.

The European and American breakfast was absolutely outstanding, the room and bed extremely comfortable. The TV had multiple channels in English. The bedroom had a great shower with high pressure. There was an ironing board and iron which was thoughtful and there were bath robes. The staff were so helpful and kind, nothing was a problem. The hotel was impeccably clean, with a lovely restaurant and bar on the ground floor and another breakfast restaurant on the top floor with magnificent views.This was by far the best hotel of the holiday and it exceeded my highest expectations on every level. I would definitely stay here again.
