The property is located on the top of the hill with panorama lake view and mountain view. The room is well equipped with modern facilities. The housekeeper is well organized and willing to help. The tea provided in the room is the especially delicious.

Staff was friendly, extremely helpful and patient. Location in the middle of old town, lots of restaurants, shops, etc. We loved living in an historical preserved courtyard house. Breakfast was ok, local warm cooked food as well as bread. Local coffee was very good.

This guesthouse absolutely boasts the unbeatable views of Erhai Lake! The room I stayed in featured an oversized floor-to-ceiling window. Lying in bed, I could take in the magnificent panorama of the Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake. Waking up to the glittering lake surface in the morning, watching the sunset paint the sky in golden-red hues in the evening, and falling asleep to the gentle lapping of waves at night – this entire experience was incredibly soul-soothing! The manager was exceptionally warm and friendly, offering thoughtful sightseeing advice and assistance (such as helping arrange car rentals and recommending authentic local eateries), making me feel as warmly welcomed as if I were coming home. The room facilities were complete and comfortable, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, right beside the Erhai Lake Ecological Corridor. Stepping outside, I could immediately go cycling or walking, fully immersing myself in Dali's slow-paced lifestyle. The design is also very stylish – simple, clean, yet still warm and inviting. The terrace in the common area is an ideal spot for relaxing, sipping tea, and gazing at the clouds.

Perfect stay! Staff were incredibly helpful, especially DanDan, who gave us a free market tour and tour of the building- having that time with her meant we learnt so much we wouldn't have otherwise. Breakfast was delicious, as was the welcome drink, which we took as a tea set on the terrace- a perfect way to spend the afternoon after a morning of sightseeing. The location is perfect- in Xizhou town- a beautiful spot surrounded by rice fields- out of the hustle and bustle of Dali, but close enough for easy sightseeing. Beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. I wish I was back there now!
