The location is wonderful, the staff is so kind and very helpful, they are always willing to make you feel great and they explained us all the routes. They also fixed the reservation of a big car for all of us because we had lots of suitcases. 100% recommended!

Very helpful receptionist Lily, a good English speaker, very friendly and purchase on our behalf all entrance tickets to the scenery sites in the area, as well as helping us with transport facilities. The room was very big with nice view.

The staff is very helpful and kind. They helped us plan our itenary and book tickets on our behalf. The hotel also offers a free airport pickup by car and shuttle to Zhangjiajie National Park Middle gate. The swimming pool is well maintained and great pleasure to swin after a long day of hiking. From the pool you have direct mountain view, and by taxi it is only 14 minutes to the national park and about 30 minutes to Wulingyuan village.

Amazing hotel complex right at the foot of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park featuring a spectacular pool with full-scale views of the nearby mountains. Cosy rooms, each one featuring a unique design. Private bathroom on the terrace featuring a great view from the bath tub, modern showers and a traditional private wood-fired oven. High quality mattress, all ammenities in the bathroom. But what REALLY made this stay unique is the care and attention provided by the staff, especially Linda from the reception. She's not only there to arrange pickup and airport transfer at a reasonable price, she plans each and every day of your stay individually based on your personal preferences to make the very best out of your time in this lovely place. A custom itiniery for each day, pre-booking of all necessary tickets, arrangement of transfers of private cars for longer trips, optimized solutions for luggage logistics to save time, even pre-written notes in Chinese to show to park employees to ensure smooth admission - everything is taken care of in a most experienced, professional, yet warm-hearted way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The private villas are ideal for families – no shared spaces, very peaceful. Loved the free access to the 5-star hotel pool with golf cart transfers! Staff helped us book tickets and plan day trips effortlessly. Great location between all the major parks. Highly recommend!

Heh, just got back from our stay and WOW, these folks really know how to make you feel welcomed, eh? ​Right after booking, they reached out ​super politely​ to confirm everything and even ​offered a smooth airport pickup​ (nice black SUV, on time and comfy!), which set a fantastic tone. The level of ​genuine care​ here is something else. We loved how the ​whole staff, especially our dedicated ​butler team, went above and beyond. They weren't just 'fixing things'; they were ​actively helpful and friendly, chatted with us about what we fancied doing (hikes, shows, tours), sorted out ​all our tickets, and booked ​exactly the rides we needed, hassle-free. It felt seamless and personal, not fussy or over-the-top, which we really appreciated. But seriously, the ​pool area? Gorgeous!​​ Huge, sparkling clean, and surrounded by stunning mountain views – honestly felt like a ​hidden gem right here in Zhangjiajie!​​ Perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. You gotta see it! Breakfast was spot on too – great variety, fresh, and plenty of Timmy's-style coffee fixings (a real plus for us Canucks!). We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and a perfect location. The property is situated right next to the entrance of the Zhangjiajie park, which makes exploring incredibly convenient. At the same time, it is tucked away in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by breathtaking mountains. It feels like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city — peaceful, relaxing, and immersed in nature. Breakfasts deserve a special mention. They are not only delicious but also very generous in size — honestly, I could easily split them into two meals. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, which made mornings an absolute pleasure. The staff is another highlight of this hotel. Everyone we met was polite, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. And I have to give a HUGE thank you to Winnie. She was our hero during the entire trip — patiently answering all our endless questions, helping us plan routes, and even staying available 24/7 when we needed advice. She even provided us with beautifully designed maps that were so clear and detailed, other travelers asked us where we had gotten them. With Winnie’s support, we never felt lost or uncomfortable for even a moment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. After a long day of exploring, it was a joy to return to such a calm and well-kept space. I also appreciated the little touches — from thoughtful amenities to the warm hospitality that made the hotel feel more personal than many larger, chain properties. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, stunning surroundings, and true relaxation, this hotel is the perfect choice.
