Everything was very good. Reception staff was very professional and understanding, in house porter Michael is always there if you need any advice or help with anything else basicaly. Check-in was smooth. Facilities of the hotel are fantastic, but they keep improving them every year. Hence why we keep coming back here year after year and it never dissapoints. This hotel has its own beach, but same time it sits just meters away from one of the best beaches in Cyprus. It’s called Nissi Beach and it’s picture perfect with turqouise water and white sand beach. And there is an separate island in the sea, where you just walk to over the shallow lagoon. Very beautiful. Overall, I can recommend this hotel being the best hotels in Ayia Napa (been to other 5* around the area so can compare).

Perfect hotel. I spent a week out of season. It was a great time and the hotel is just perfect. Whatever I asked during the whole stay was provided. I asked for a room with a nice view and got probably the best room in the hotel. The waiters at the breakfasts but especially lunches were incredibly helpful, all wishes fullfiled! The malaysian massage Lady (I think her name is Rika) is very professional. Great therapeutic massage! The hotel is right on the beatiful beach, very close to the port. Very well spent money! Big thank you to all the staff who made my stay flawless.

Pool and sea view. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We felt welcomed and well looked after throughout the stay. The breakfast is just amazing and service absolutely great. The food and the view. Our room overlooked the pool area. The bed was comfortable and king size. Room service great. The beach below an easy reach by either shuttle or on foot. Fresh pool towels every day and they were nice quality. Our 5 year old daughter enjoyed the pool very much. We enjoyed it as well as the bar too! Highly recommend this place.

The staff were so genuinely welcoming, warm & ensure their guests have all they need. The hotel is elegant and very comfortable, just 2mins walk to one of the loveliest beaches and only a few mins by car to all the rest of the best beaches! Breakfast was divine and dinner at Ezra just delicious. highly recommend

The staff hospitality is amazing,so is the food in the hotel and especially in the restaurants. I really cannot recommend the food enough and the staff is really amazing. The hotel is really couple friendly and I got the feeling that it is also lgbt friendly. The room was very nice, parking available on site. The pools were one of the best ones we’ve been to,albeit a bit cold (22 deg smaller, 24 bigger). If it would be possible to give 11 stars as an exception,this hotel would certainly deserve it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! The staff were truly amazing – always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Everything was spotless, with great attention to cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas. The facilities for children were excellent, especially the mini disco every evening, which our little one absolutely loved. For adults, the entertainment shows were beyond expectations – truly fantastic! The food was simply delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Photos cannot capture the beauty of the place (it’s more beautiful in reality). The rooms are very large, beautiful, and comfortable. Impressive and very luxurious design. Exceptional cleanliness. The food, including breakfast, is at the level of a Michelin-starred restaurant (not expensive). The pool is beyond words. Exceptional service from the entire hotel staff.     the location perfect ,the stuff nice . we reserved including HB , it was disoppinted that we have to pay for drinks as extra even water , plus the food 2 stars level hotel not good in genearal . It wasnot clean espically around the bed side. there is many things was almost broken in bathroom . we are 4 pax and they provide 2 small twoels it was by mistake but still they are 5 stars hotel should be inspected all room befor check in time .

    It’s a fantastic 5 stars hotel. You don’t need to rush down in the morning, there are always plenty of free sunbeds all day. My room was on the top floor with a beautiful sea view and a private terrace. The room is soundproof and the aircondition works well.
