We tried to organize a Transfer from the airport one week in advance but had no success via mail or phone. Welcoming was really bad, Staff at the reception is not friendly at all! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The resort staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was awesome and had plenty of variety,the drinks were flowing and always on point. He was approachable, pro active, very communicative and he made the difference to us between an ok holiday and a good one. The buildings are superb, wonderful architecture and stylish. The service is certainly 5 star and the staff are friendly and eager to help. The Club facilities are terrific and they help everyone to just wind down and relax.
