First of all, a great thanks to Mr Ahmed Galal, Reception Manager, for going above and beyond to ensure we had a superb stay. He even assisted to arrange a birthday surprise and cake. We traveled with our infant daughter and the hotel was great for a family. There were in fact several other families. The hotel is new, clean and hygienic with great facilities. It has access to a beautiful beach. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Some people may find the location a bit difficult, but this was a point which worked in our favour because the environment was very calm and relaxing. The staff was generally very responsive to requests.

A wonderful new hotel in its first season! The team is very motivated, always asking for feedback and making improvements straight away. Breakfast was delicious and the manager really keeps an eye on every detail. My room was spacious and spotless. Even though there is some development nearby, it didn’t disturb me at all.
