Absolutely perfect stay for the family before Christmas, in a quiet but beautiful area of Madrid, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff are the friendliest people ever, and the manager Julian took extremely good care of us during our stay. The breakfast was excellent, the lobby was warm and inviting and the rooms were perfect. Our room had a hydromassage bath which was the best I've ever used. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The property was clean and the rooms were huge. Staff friendly and amenities excellent. Very quiet considering they are in central Madrid. Glass may be sound proof. We were on holiday with two other couples and they were staying at hotels more central similarly priced. The feedback we got from them on their hotels was noisy and slightly run down ‘travel lodge’ like. We totally lucked out with this hotel one and it was as close to many of the restaurants as them anyway.

The location is great, very close to everything and at the same time on a fairly quiet street. The real address is Calle Grafal, the building is completely renovated, everything is new and fresh (not what you see on google maps). We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Muchas gracias, César!
