Room was very cozy and all the bathroom facilities worked really well. Beautiful art and decor - The breakfast was excellent and the staff was really friendly and great - I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. I loved the idea that you had bath salts, tea and coffee available anytime in the lounge area. And also bottles of wine on an honour system for payment. Loved our stay.

Wonderful hotel right in the centre of Bath's Royal Crescent. The staff were perfect, helpful and attentive. Many small details marked the stay, which shows the quality of the establishment (magnificent building, splendid interior). The room we stayed in (we had an upgrade) was on the back side of the hotel and had its own little terrace; it was very large with a bedroom area, a ‘sitting’ room, a very large bathroom and an entrance hall. We had no direct neighbours, so the room was very, very quiet. The breakfast was excellent (small buffet, and menu offering different types from full English to eggs benedict, and a vegetarian menu). The spa was very pleasant (too bad the sauna wasn't working, but the hammam, bubble bath and swimming pool were). We went there often and there were never more than 5 of us in the spa. We had also booked a treatment (‘work it out’ massage), which was absolutely brilliant (many thanks to Meg)!

    Breakfast was 5 stars, exceeded expectations. Lovely menu to choose various options, from Eggs Benedicts to Omelets. Room was very clean and comfortable. Every day we had a new small bakery item in our room awaiting us for our afternoon or evening. Not expected but appreciated. B&B is kept immaculately and is close to all Bath historic sites, only a 10-minute walk to the Abbey and shops.

    Spa at the hotel was good. Amazingly comfy bed in the room (not many hotels get 5 stars from me for the bed comfort, but this one does!) & nice big bath too. Excellent views over Bath & good to have a fridge in the room. Very clean everywhere & beautiful quaint communal areas. Excellent friendly staff & a lovely relaxed atmosphere to unwind.
