Everything from arrival to the airport was great, we coordinate transportation with the hotel. At the hotel they welcome us with a complementary drink and offer to arrange tours, car rental and any other activity we wanted to do. We stayed in the honeymoon suit and the suit was very spacious, beautiful and super confortable. Had a private heated pool for our enjoyment. The service was always excellent. Wood recommend 100%

Beautiful suite with a lovely view, Chrysa and her team really went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and not left wanting for anything. Imerovigli is also the perfect place to stay if you're sensitive to the hustle and bustle of overflowing nightclubs well into the wee hours. Definitely plan on staying there again next time. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Katikies, we would not hesitate to recommend to friends and would stay there again. The location, staff, facilities, the view was off the planet! The beds and suite were superb, spacious, especially the very large walk in wardrobe, sooo much space for our 4 night stay.

Every day my partner and I would say how lucky we are to have found this place in Santorini, given how much of a trap so many properties can be. Please read the last point!! 1. The location is fantastic as you’re close to walk to some great places to eat and see whilst still being far away enough from the hectic Fira. 2. The property itself is finished to a high quality, and one of the best parts of it is that the pool is hidden from the public eye, which cannot be said about a lot of other places on the island. 3. Last but most importantly - the customer service and communication. Alex and Fay were SO KIND and supportive and communicative from before the trip and during it - they were always on hand to help and always went the extra mile to make sure you had the best stay possible. You always felt so special and treated like family there, and it’s why I’ll wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Santorini.

One of the best if not THE best. The suites were amazing, serene, and so welcoming, the view was nice, the pool is good (but not heated to my preference, it could do with a couple more degrees), the food was great. All in all, the best experience in Santorini was this hotel and that was because of one thing, the staff. Especially Rosy and Thanasis (Thanos), great people to hang around with, great service, amazing and sooooooo kind.
