Incredible staff, beautiful rooms and it had a private element with your own pool at your room but you can also go to the main pool to relax too. Food was gorgeous, breakfast, lunch and the dinner menu and each staff member was so helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Vedema was perfect in all aspects of our stay. The staff was so kind and the facilities of the hotel spotless. I have to give special thanks to the reception team for accommodating all our requests and being always there to suggest nice places to visit in the Island. The facilities, the room itself, the location, but most importantly all the staff and the hospitality! From the moment we came, we are greeted and welcomed by people that would do everything to make our stay as great as possible. To top it all off, on the last day that we left the hotel to catch a flight early in the morning, we accidentally left our passports inside the safety box in our room. From the airport security (about an hour before the flight) I called the hotel and told the reception about this emergency situation, and after about 15 minutes my passport is delivered to the airport, without me having to pay anything for this! If this does not define the highest level of their hospitality, then I guess nothing else would :)

The location was perfect with beautiful views of the caldera. The room were modern and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and generous. Now the staff.... the most amazing people we have ever met. Attentive and kind. Yannis, our waiter, was exceptional. And Maria!!! A true gem who made our stay memorable. A must visit hotel.
