The location was excellent. The hotel had a very good manager - Maria - who assisted on ALL matters. The breakfast was not very inclusive but very fulfilling. The sharing pool was quite nice with a superb view.

We loved the ambient of the hotel, location was perfect (3 minutes from city centre), hallways smell very nice and clean, everything is tidied up always, the outside is very beautiful and the pool is very big and clean, the staff is SO nice, so kind, they help with everything you need, they give you advice on what is worth seeing on the island, they provide you with important information and are very welcoming. Everyday they greet you with smile on their face. Can't compliment enough!🤗

This hotel is truly exceptional. We have stayed all over the world and this would easily make it into the top 3. One of the major factors that make this an exceptional hotel is the staff and the attention to detail throughout the hotel, especially the amazing breakfast. You are greeted with such warmth and truly genuine care. One staff member in particular Athanasia who worked on reception was a pure joy to deal with and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. This hotel is relatively new but the management have excelled in their staffing choices and I am convinced this will be one of the most sought after hotels in Santorini.

Everything was just great: the location (very quiet, just a few minutes walk to the bus station and to the center of Fira), good breakfast, the room (we truly appreciated the upgrade that the hotel offered us) and very kind caring personnel with excellent advice for eating out and things to do (thank you, Hope and Katrina!)

From the moment we arrived we were made feel so welcomed. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The weather wasn't great so the staff helped us fill our days with with recommendations and they didn't dissappoint. We got to do so many things and see so much of the Island. The hotel was beautiful with beautiful views. A short walk to the center . Our room was facing the volcanos and was very peaceful.

    Wonderful staff I give 5 stars out of 5. The staff were polite, helpful and always smiling. Quiet small hotel, clean, delicious food, very comfortable sun loungers and close to the center. 5-days stay with friends, beautiful time in Santorini with wonderful staff who welcomed us with all their hearts. We will definitely come back.

    Staff were amazing and so helpful. Best hotel staff I have ever come across. Attention to detail was excellent. Hotel was so clean. Food and drinks were excellent. Service 5 stars.
