The room and property facilities were incredible, very clean and spacious! Mario, the hotel manager was outstanding and gave great recommendations including the best places to park, restaurants to visits and landmarks/beaches to explore. Wow, wow, wow! This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was outstanding! The room, the cleanliness, and especially the staff! The staff goes above and beyond; they even take the time to learn where each guest is from, so they can understand cultural preferences and make your stay more enjoyable! The hotel itself was spotless. Our room was so clean it felt like we were the very first guests to stay there (and I'm OCD and very picky when it comes to cleanliness). We were greeted with a personalized welcome note upon arrival, and every evening we found delicious little pastries waiting for us to enjoy with our tea. I absolutely loved this hotel and can’t wait to come back!!
