SlovakiaWe had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. If you meet someone with the name like Kadek, Dewi, Iwan, Eka or Jumsia on their badge, be sure that you will get the great service exceptional as well. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Balikpapan.
