this stay was fantastic. we had a cancelled flight so found this by mistake, and were thoroughly impressed. from the minute you walk in you are looked after, every interaction we had with all staff members was so friendly & welcoming. even the gardeners would flash a smile and say hi. the restaurants were amazing, with a huge range of options. well trained staff. beautiful gardens, pool areas and very clean lobby & facilities in general. there is security onsite, the beach out front is beautifully clean and cared for. the minbar and rooms were well stocked with all the things you can need, including dressing gowns/hand also and even fresh fruit on arrival. highly recommended & great value for money.

The hotel has a great location, maybe the best one in Kuta. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, interesting design with the sinks separated with a curtain. Nice infinity pool on the roof with exceptional view to the beach and the ocean. The staff was very friendly. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel.
