We liked the facilities and the room was spacious and very quiet, noise didn’t carry at all! Also made use of the spa facilities which were wonderful, great value and next to a huge pool! We also loved how friendly all the staff were and the options at breakfast which were so vast!

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and an excellent swimming pool. Walking distance to shopping malls and tourist sites. Recommend the old post office, centre point shopping mall and the old Chinatown area with a large Buddhist temple.

Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus.
