The decor, minimalist Javanese design. All of the cakes are excellent. Plenty of breakfast buffet options + all the jamu to choose from. Upon check-in i was asked if i want to pay a little extra to upgrade for the junior suite room, and instead we received the Kraton Suites at the junior suite room 🤩 love the room! It was a great gift for my mother’s birthday!

Most beautifully design hotel I had been to . Fantastic, very helpful staff (thank you Angelique , Monika and Randy just to name a few ). Beautiful room with great view, very good beds. Great two outside pools and super cool terrace on the rooftop. Very good choice of kitchens for breakfast . It was my fathers bday and they made some cute extra touches in the room and provide a very nice little cake . Thank you very much!!! From now on its my place to stay while visiting Jakarta .

The Breakfast is propably the best i ever had. Im 40 years old and been to some really good and also some quit expensiv hotels. This Breakfast is mind blowing! Huge thank you and „wow“ to the kitchen. You guys are so good and made my day ;)

The service was impeccable. From the doorman, concierge, reception to the restaurant staff, everyone was kind and professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable. On the morning I left, I had to leave at 5:00am and did not have access to the buffet breakfast as it was too early. But the hotel packed for me a wonderful breakfast box for me to enjoy in my room at 4:30am. I would definitely return again.

Everything was perfect from the begining. The cleanliness, kindnes and profesionality of the staff, especially Ms. Salome Raphaela. The club lounge had a various food and drink choice. The room was very nice and comfortable. We will for shure come back again on our next trip to Jakarta.

House of Tugu is a marvellous place. Located in the colonial old town of Jakarta it showcases an incredible array of antiques, statues, paintings etc. It is a museum on its own right. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is very good. Prices are relatively high (for rooms and food) but that is understandable given the uniqueness of the experience. Our room was very large and comfortable. The swimming pool is long and fun. Breakfasts are delicious and offer something for every taste. There is a possibility for a massage.
