The customer experience in this hotel is incredible ! Check-in was very smooth, luggage were brought to our rooms. The staff is very friendly ans helpful with any requests. The hotel is just a few blocks away from the shopping streets so it's very convenient. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. All the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us.
