They are the most amazing team ever, I've been working in tourism industry since 12 years ,like this team never seen , kids zone closed at 8 pm my son was crying when we came back to the hotel the staff open it for him for one hour so he can play , very helpfull

The main reason for this booking was that it was reported to be near Harminder Sahib (Golden Temple). On arrival l advised the staff that l would be going to the early morning ceremony at 03:00 hrs. The previous evening l had arranged transport to pick me up from the hotel. When l went down to the reception, the he front door was padlocked. The chap who has sleep on duty in the reception area was ashtonshliy rude when l asked him to unlock the door for me. He could not understand why l was down stairs. He was adamant the driver would not show up and l should go back upstairs and come back at 05:00hrs when there will be other drivers about!!! I had to be at the airport for 06:30hrs. He was right, the driver l had booked did not turn up. I was getting a little fretful by this time as this pilgrimage was so wanted. He told me to walk to the temple. The previous night the driver took 20 minutes to get there through chaos of traffic. Needless to say l didn't feel confident or safe to walk there. Eventually he suggested he walks me down as it was only 5 minutes walk - l jumped at the offer. The primary reception person, l expect his senior, refused!!! I saw some people walking and asked if l could walk with them, they looked bit surprised and bemused but l followed them. Got there fine. Had the most wonderful experience but no thanks to the Sikh receptionist at this hotel. I hope he feels proud of himself as l can only feel ashamed by his conduct. At the check in time he wanted cash or l could trust his colleague with my credit card and pin to go to there other site to make a payment!!! Just unbelievable.
