From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, the stunning decor, and the attention to detail that was evident in every aspect of the hotel. One of the standout features of this hotel was the exceptional guest relations manager Deepmala. From the very beginning, she made me feel like a valued guest, taking the time to greet me personally and show me to my room. Throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, from arranging transportation to recommending the best local restaurants and attractions. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of incredible, and I have the guest relations manager to thank for making it so special.     What’s not to like - the staff are exceptional, the food is good and the property itself is just straight out of a movie! It’s so green and picturesque with this 250-year old banyan tree right at the heart of it and the pristine white estate style architecture just transports you to a world of serenity and calm! Baiju and the whole team at the Velha were outstanding and once you’ve stayed at any of the Postcard hotels, you’ve been spoilt for life :)
