From the moment I reached out, Neetu took care of every detail with such warmth and dedication. She not only arranged a stunning bouquet but also went the extra mile by adding a beautifully handwritten card with a heartfelt message. Her creativity and personal touch turned a simple request into a deeply meaningful gesture. Beyond that, she offered my wife and daughter coffee in the lounge while setting up everything, ensuring the surprise was perfectly executed. She even included a delicious chocolate cake with a personal note, making the moment even more special. Extremely friendly and helpful staff helping us in a difficult situation, when we had too extend our stay due to flight cancellation. Even with the hotel fully booked they went out of their way to move us elsewhere for one night. Good food options
