From the moment I reached out, Neetu took care of every detail with such warmth and dedication. She not only arranged a stunning bouquet but also went the extra mile by adding a beautifully handwritten card with a heartfelt message. Her creativity and personal touch turned a simple request into a deeply meaningful gesture. Beyond that, she offered my wife and daughter coffee in the lounge while setting up everything, ensuring the surprise was perfectly executed. She even included a delicious chocolate cake with a personal note, making the moment even more special. location if you want to visit Agra or UP then this place safe one hour and take 3 hours only. Very close to DLF mall. Real 5 star food. Excellent neat and clean best hotel. We check out early morning at 6 and they packed excellent breakfast for us.

If you choose the top 5 Hotel in Delhi, I suggest Taj Mahal as it is not too far from the sightseeings (just by taxi or Tuk-tuk). The only place you can walk is Khan Market (800 m). Breakfest is ok and there are 4 restaurants for dinner, not cheep as the hotel isnt't cheep, too. Good pool and wellness. Staff is polite, sometimes too polite (you need time for conversations)

Unfortunately, I had some stomach problems but on talking about it with the Guest Relations Manager, she lost no time in connecting me with a local doctor who also was very helpful. When one is not feeling well one looks for home but all the staff, including those at the restaurant, made me feel at home. Thank God I was able to take the long journey back home.
