We spent two weeks traveling through India and experienced different hotel standards in different cities. We had some bad experiences, but this hotel was by far the best we slept in. The room was high-class, modern and well equipped. There was a fruit basket waiting for as as well as free water and a high quality coffee maker. Additionally to that, the minibar was well-stocked at reasonable prices. The toiletries are also high quality. We also visited the rooftop pool bar, which offered nice drinks in a good atmosphere. But what really made our stay were the nice people working at this hotel. In other Indian hotels we had employees not even greeting us, trying to overcharge us and more. But in this hotel the staff is simply outstanding. We were treated friendly, warm and always service oriented. A special shout out goes to Sindhu, who helped us with our struggle to get a transport to Varkala Beach. She helped us a lot and made sure that we arrive safely at our destination. I wish all hotel employees would be like her!
