Overall staff efficiency and behaviour. Need to commend the Manager find and bev, Sudheer, Liwaan and Pradeesh.
The chefs were superb and the Konkani cafe is great and innovative.

amazing and welcoming staff. So friendly! the food is also amazing. The room is totally worth 5 stars, great beds and bathroom. We will absolutely return here.

The staff for sure or is it the south indian people in general? Rooms were comfortable, great beds, big tv, nice hotel interior, great food, def worth 5 stars.

Fast check In. Restaurant experience was nice, food was delicious. 5 stars to the Valet parking guys and to the lady staff in the reception, and to the house keeping guys.
