The staff was incredibly attentive and genuinely caring—we never felt like anything was missing during our stay. A special shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Carlo, who went above and beyond to take care of us. We booked a private dinner at their villa, and it turned out to be one of the best nights we’ve ever had. Carlo anticipated every need and made sure the evening was seamless. When my girlfriend realized she had forgotten her cardigan in the room, he immediately brought her a scarf so she could stay warm and comfortable. It’s a beautiful hotel in the city center with fantastic rooms and very helpful personnel. Our daughter got into ski accident and has to use crutches. Staff kindly offer to book a wheelchair and we were sorted for the stay. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The choice was good. The room was well designed with comfortable bed, nice bathroom with bathtub and shower. The public car park is in 5 min walk from the hotel which is very convenient.

Probably one of the most iconic stays I’ve ver experienced. I’m fairly sure they read your mind and know what you want/need before you do. Exceptional would be an understatement.

The most amazing and enchanting property. We absolutely loved it our stay at Castello Del Nero. This is definitely a five star experience. The staff are incredible and their attention to their guests is quite unbelievable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we were staying in a guest house. The food was also amazing!

Castel Monastero is set in a restored mediaeval hamlet from the 10th century. This historic castle offers beautiful views of Tuscany, a pool, a wellness centre and 2 restaurants.
