I recently had an exceptional stay at one of the best hotels in Venice. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this hotel excelled in every aspect. The staff truly deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to cater to my needs made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's design was another standout feature. The attention to detail in the decor, furnishings, and overall ambiance was evident. The blend of modern elegance with traditional Venetian elements created a captivating and inviting atmosphere. After a day of exploration, returning to the hotel and relaxing in such a beautifully designed space was a true pleasure. Furthermore, the amenities provided were top-notch. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a luxurious stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing environment. One particular highlight was the amazing breakfast view of the canal. The Nolinski Venezia was beautifully designed, with a cozy colour palette and a spacious layout. Staff was very friendly and offered excellent service, breakfast options were plentiful and high quality, and the location was fantastic, only 5 minutes from St Mark's Square and 10 minutes from the Rialto bridge. The hotel was also kind enough to offer us an upgrade to a suite.

Everything was excellent. The most impressive things are the details. Details in meeting during check in, during the breakfast, some small nice but nice things in the room, very helpful and friendly stuff. You feel like at home from the first step. Fabulous room with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The staff were excellent and catered to our every need. The views and scenery ( gardens, Olympic pool area etc) were stunning. Had the best fish meal ( turbot and asparagus) I’d ever tasted in a restaurant (and it was only the bar restaurant). The chocolates they gave us in the room on arrival were divine. Breakfast was lavish. We felt pampered the whole time and had a wonderful romantic holiday.
