The hotel service and its staff provides a professional and very courtesies service. The twin suite room was spacious and large. The in room private hot spring also amazing. Western breakfast was ok. Mr. Kaito from F&B was very helpful and extremely nice during breakfast. Shuttle bus from and to Odawara station provides by the hotel also ver convenience. Overall this hotel provides a luxury and best hospitality services.

The food is delicious, the staff are helpful. The room is really comfortable and we love the onsen in the room. The hotel offers shuttle services from Odawara station.
