Helpful staff and very friendly. Very gd selection of food for breakfast, and very close to Chibaminato train station so travelling is very convenient. We booked a taxi via hotel to go to Chiba train station (5min taxi ride) as it was raining but you can also take the monorail which will also get you to Chiba station so you can take train to Narita Airport (approx 30-40min ride) which is shorter trip compared to travelling from Tokyo. I also did the luggage transfer from my Tokyo hotel and this hotel was able to hold my luggage until I checked-in a few days later which was a life-saver!

Staff were very friendly and attentive. There is a very affordable airport bus that stops by the hotel every few hours. Super convenient. Room was very spacious and had everything I could possibly have needed

This hotel was amazing. Our first experience of japan and the bar was set high. Even the smallest details were amazing. Top quality toiletries and amenities provided. Shuttle bus to and from disney was brilliant. Close to station and mall area. I wish we had stayed for an extra day.

Great location and very helpful staff. Arrived at 9am to get to the Disney Parks. Luggage taken and checked.in quickly and we were off to the parks. On our return that evening, bags were already in the room. Excellent.
