Staff were really lovely, very professional, 5 star! The hotel lobby, bar area & restaurant were all lovely, a huge buffet breakfast with so many options. Room was large with a nice view over Sapporo city. So many bathroom amenities supplied. The Hokkaido Resort Liner bus stops at this hotel for transfers to Niseko which was perfect.

location was super! from nakajimakoen station exit 3 walk straight and there is the hotel. there is a convenient store lawson opposite the hotel. only one station away from susukino. staff was nice and during my check in was very quick. view from my room was great
